Welcome to Mosang's Budbod! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and online food ordering platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Mosang's Budbod provides an online platform for ordering Filipino rice meals, silog favorites, beverages, and other food items for delivery or pickup. Our services include:

  • Online menu browsing and food ordering
  • Order tracking and status updates
  • Delivery and pickup services
  • Customer account management
  • Payment processing services

Account Registration and Use

To place orders through our platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Orders and Payments

Placing Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Minimum order amount applies as displayed on our platform
  • You must provide accurate delivery information

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes
  • Delivery fees may apply based on your location
  • We accept payment via GCash, cash on delivery, and other methods as indicated
  • Payment must be completed before order processing
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation notification. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will notify you separately when we accept your order and begin preparation.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery Service

  • Delivery is available within our service area as indicated on the platform
  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary
  • You must be available to receive your order at the delivery address
  • We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)
  • The recipient must present a valid ID upon delivery if required

Pickup Service

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup
  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up
  • Unclaimed orders may be disposed of after a reasonable waiting period

Cancellation and Modifications

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement without charge
  • Once order preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible
  • Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or other circumstances

Order Modifications:

  • Order modifications are subject to availability and may not always be possible
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes
  • Modifications may result in price adjustments

Food Safety and Quality

We are committed to providing safe, high-quality food products:

  • All food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations
  • We cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free
  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
  • Inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately
  • Food items are perishable and should be consumed promptly

Complaints and Issues

If you experience any issues with your order:

  • Report problems within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide photos and detailed description of the issue
  • Contact us through the provided channels
  • We will investigate and work to resolve issues promptly
  • Resolution may include replacement, credit, or other compensation at our discretion

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mosang's Budbod and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use our platform to transmit harmful content or malware
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or delivery personnel
  • Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosang's Budbod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, or similar transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Philippines.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
